Linda DeSantis Lapping, RYT
As owner and director of Heartbeat, Linda's main objective is to reach out and teach others about the amazing transformation yoga has on the mind, body and spirit. Being exposed to yoga at a very young age and having a personal practice for several years, Linda has witnessed first hand the positive effects a daily yoga practice can make. She is a graduate of the Whole Life Yoga teacher training program in Seattle where she learned the Viniyoga teaching methodology. Linda is certified and registered by Yoga Alliance.

Lorri Thompson, RYT
Lorri is the director of imagine YOGA, specializing in retreats and unique workshops. She was introduced to Yoga in the 1970’s and since then, has studied with many gifted teachers including Sharon Gannon and David Life, Rod Stryker, Dona Holleman, Shiva Rea, and Donna Farhi, obtaining her teaching certification in Seattle with Theresa Elliott and Kathryn Payne (Pacific Yoga at the Yoga Tree, 2002). Lorri is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and teaches a gentle vinyasa form of Hatha Yoga, encouraging her students to build strength, stability, and flexibilty of the body as well as the mind. She incorporates traditional chanting, yogic philosophy, and various movement “inquiries” within her classes. Lorri is available for private yoga instruction, corporate presentations, and group yoga retreats.

Ronald Jorgensen
Ron started his studies in 1968 with Grandmaster William C. C. Chen of New York, who is generally considered one of the greatest masters and teachers of his generation, and is even noted as one of the most influential of all time. Teaching since 1974, Ron is known for his patience, enthusiasm, and confidence in his student's potential.
For those students of Yoga considering Tai Chi, you may be glad to know Ronald Jorgensen has taught Yoga since 1964, also learned in New York City, so he understands and emphasizes the relationship between these two ancient arts of India and China. Sri Aurobindo and the Mother's Integral Yoga is his orientation, whose ashram in south India was his school and home for 8 years after the first stage in New York.

Faye has studied yoga since 2001. Harpreet K. Sekhon is a Kundalini Yoga teacher certified by IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association). She is devoted to the experiential effects of Kundalini Yoga and believes that rather than explaining what it is, you just have to experience it; experience the union of mind, body and spirit through the practice of asanas (postures), breath, mantra and meditation.

Julie is an IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) certified instructor - Julie appreciates Kundalini Yoga's inclusion of mantra (sounds) and meditation along with yoga postures and sees the entire practice as masterfully effective in its ability to settle the mind, open the heart as well as strengthen and heal the body. Finney
Erin encourages students to let go of any expectation or judgement
in order to fulfill the mind/body experience. Her teaching style
is a fun-loving and compassionate blend of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa,
and Viniyoga influences and her classes help to balance strength,
flexibility, and relaxation for every age and any fitness level.
Erin has practiced Yoga for nearly six years and is certified through
YogaFit. Although she is a talented teacher, she still considers
herself a student and is eager to continually grow in her own practice.

Paul graduated from the Radiant Health Teacher Training Program in 2006 and has been teaching in various studios since. Through yoga, Paul wants to help others build awareness of themselves, while building strength of body and mind – and exploring unknown possibilities in each individual. |

Dean
One of Hilary's favorite things about Yoga is that it opens our
perception so we can view life as a whole and be kind to all living
things. While relying on her heart to guide her to present a more
peaceful existence to others, Hilary passes on Yoga's ability to
strengthen muscles and promote brain function. Hilary aspires to
help others grow hopes to inspire others to deepen their involvement
in their own path. She is also a Certified teacher of Radiant Health
Yoga, and registered with the Yoga Alliance.
